Stephan Jenner

Managing Director

Stephan is the Managing Director of Future Logic. Previously, Stephan started Lan Support Centre in 1997. An independent WA IT Service Provider. Lan Support specialised in complete IT services; including IT strategic planning; business analysis; and budget management. In 2007 Lan Support Centre underwent new branding and re-launched as “Future Logic”.

Stephan is responsible for High Level Client IT Strategic development and business analysis. Prior to this Stephan was the IT Manager at Edith Cowan University, Faculty of Science Technology & Engineering. Stephan managed the technical support arm for the faculty and designed, implemented and maintained the wide area networks. He consulted on all technology related matters and development of policies and procedures. Between 1995 and 1997 Stephan was the EIS Manager for Hamersley Iron, he joined in the Business Analysis Department to maintain the existing EIS system as well as evaluate new products.

Stephan has a wide range of expertise, experience and qualifications in IT and technology. Stephan’s education includes; Master of Business Administrator; Bachelor of Science and Microsoft Certified CRM Expert. His responsibilities include; Strategic IT Planning & Business Analysis; IT & T Solution Designing & Management and Providing Management with Executive Relationships.

In his spare time Stephan enjoys good food, good wine and travelling to beautiful places with his wife and daughter.

Nathan Colyer-Long

Operations Manager

With over ten years experience in the industry, Nathan has gained experience in software development, Web development, desktop/server/network support and administration, project management, IT management and operations management. As well as gaining a Bachelor of Science in Internet computing and computer science, Nathan is working on his Masters in Business Administration and has a string of certificates, including an LMA in Leading and Managing for Results, Microsoft Licensing and Microsoft Licensing and Marketing and ITIL Foundations v3.

As well as these impressive achievements, Nathan still manages to find time to pursue hobbies including photography and scuba diving.

Shaq Herath

Project Manager

Shaq is our Project Manager and joined Future Logic in October 2004. Shaq is responsible for overseeing client projects from design through to implementation with a handover to the support team for continued maintenance. Shaq has a strong TAFE education with a Diploma of Information Technology and many other certifications.

At Future Logic Shaq has been involved in a wide variety of projects including Cisco Call Manager Implementation across a Wide Area Network; Blade Centre Implementation; Cisco Wireless Mesh Systems; Clustered Server Solutions; SAN implementation; and Virtualised Environment Conversion.

Shaq has broad knowledge and skills in a variety of operations that include; Microsoft (various), Symantec, VMWARE, IBM. His networking skills include; VoIP Telephony; Juniper; Call Manager; Unity Voice Mail; Cisco Routers/Switches/PIX/ASA; Cisco Phones; Wireless Mesh; and Fortinet.

At weekends Shaq enjoys the outdoors playing cricket and golf.

Jason Priest

Service Delivery Manager

As our Service Delivery Manager, Jason Priest is responsible for customer account management as well as the managing of the Network Services and Service Desk teams. He’s well equipped for the task, thanks to years of experience in office management, account management, project management, IT operations, help desk and business continuity in both technical and management capacities.

Jason backs up his skills with a diverse array of safety, management and IT certificates; from Microsoft Small Business Server ’03 to Accountability, Senior First Aid and Network Fundamentals.

Sylvia Tuite

Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Sylvia is one of our longest standing employees, joining Future Logic back in January 2001. Sylvia is responsible for reporting on the financial health of the business, providing cash flow management, reviews and forecasts. She also provides executive support to the Managing Director.

Sylvia graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University.

Sylvia brings a great assertiveness to the office. In her spare time Sylvia loves to cook, get to the gym and spend time with her two girls and husband.
