Congratulations to our Managing Director Stephan for winning over the judges with his Kutjera Spiced BBQ Beef Steak. Held in Perth on December 1st 2011, Stephan cooked his way to the top to win the title; WA’s 2011 BBQ Beef Tongmaster.

Contestants were judged on a national criteria basis to produce the dish that best reflects the cooking style of Australia. A panel of judges taste-tested their way through five steak dishes prepared by the selected finalists. The winner of each state was awarded a ticket to attend the Lexington USA BBQ Capital Cook Off in April 2012.
